One year, a 4 state move and setting shop back up I finally finished my cracker in late fall.

About the burner, did you make the burner as in the drawing or have you changed something? I am actually finishing three of these little gems and I am very anxious to see them working.

For completeness, my poker-burner (seen here) is a modification of a Tony Bird design. It works well in these little locos.

I just completed a Cracker today. It runs well. I used the original burner design on the plans, but changed to a 0.15-mm gas jet hole. It was fun drilling that hole (0.006"). I used a USB microscope and power feed - 16 mm/min @ 5000 rpm.
