Hey Guys. Just thought I would show you a pic of the rough finished cylinders. I solved the problem of milling a radius. With a little filing it should look OK. Now on to the next parts. Thanks for the help.

What was the solution?
 
In order to radius the top of this part I set the cutter on center and rotated the rotary table. When you do that because the cutter is on center {and it has to be} only the outside cuts so as you rotate the part the cutter path leaves a dome in the middle of the cut. The only way to eliminate this is to rough machine to size than travel lengthwise and rotate in 1 deg increments each cut. As you can see you get a fairly smooth surface.
