This is all the drawings required to build the Kenneth Wells traction engine. The author gives permission for the drawings to be copied but not?the photos or text on how to build it (Which is fair enough).
You will notice on some pages it is half blank, that is where I've had to blank out photos to comply with copyright but with a bit of thought (and a set of the castings) this should be all you need to make one.
On the first page for the boiler you will see the steam hole and pipe crossed off as this is for the stationary engine. A drawing a bit further in will give you the correct position for the TE.
If you build one be sure to post pictures of it.

Hi and thanks

I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed Emma Ritson's series. Watching her video reminded me of the reasons why I first became involved in the world of steam. The actual 'Process' of creating something and the enjoyment it creates. I very much recommend it as an ideal watch for all teenage enthusiasts looking for their first build project.

Emma Ritson has a whole series of videos on how to build this engine.
Here is a link to the full playlist: Kenny the Schools Traction engine.
I watched some of those vids--I have to admit, it gives me great anxiety to watch. I would do those jobs very differently but it is interesting, always, to see someone do something a different way than one would do it themselves.
