Any advice about accessing John Tom? I have visited there in the past, but when I just tried I keep getting a Cloudflare error message. I saw a post about the #35 steam pump and thought I would get the plans and look at it. No luck. Both Firefox and Safari keep getting the same error message that it is not available. Any suggestions? Thanks Chewy

It's been that way for weeks. I suspect owner didn't want to pay for the site anymore.

I have the 35 Steam pump plans previously downloaded from John Tom website, if there is no legal reason why it cannot be posted here, I will post it. It was a free download from John Tom. The moderators must please comment.

He didn't like paying for copyrighted material either. He did that to me.

Maybe someone came knocking.

I hope the site comes back. They had a lot of great plans, many great for beginners.
I've actually downloaded several of the plans.
I bought the plans for the orange crane. Started gathering materials for it.
Not I have to learn about R/C!!!!

Greetings,

At least some of the site is accessible via the wayback machine on internet archive:

Cheers,
Stan
I just looked over that Archive site of John-Tom. Didn't look real hard, but it's nice to
know that site is there. I bookmarked it.
I purchased the plans for that r/c crane shown there. Slowly gathering up materials to build it.
It has r/c only on the boom lift and load lift, but I think with some "engineering" it could be
made to do more.
Thanks for the info!!
Jon
