It seems some applications for the Solidworks annual education version of are getting "lost". I'm wondering if the problem is larger than the 6 instances I'm aware of.

I have been a grateful user since the days the installation media was delivered on CD via the post office. I've found Solidworks to be a suburb professional CAD package that recently includes a CAM module.

In recent years, upload of an application and proof of service would result in an email with a link to a page to pay the $20 and provide install media downloading and licensing instructions.

I gotten no response to my 2021-2022 application despite several purchase application uploads. I am encountering the same issues this year for 2022-203 (4 weeks and counting). I've come to believe Dissault/Solidworks has a subcontractor management problem.

I would appreciate it if veterans that have applied for this Solidworks program would respond to this post by providing 1) the date you uploaded the application and 2) if the request was fulfilled: in: a) 2-3 business days advertised, b) only after several application uploads, or c) never.

My poll of fellow BAEM members is currently 1 in category a), 2 in cat b) and 3 in cat c). It would be nice to have a larger sample size to share with Dissault/Solidworks management.

I got my military/student version in June or July. I filled out the information and scanned it and my DD214 sent it to them. I asked for the DVD version and not the downloadable version. I got the DVD's in about 2 weeks. It has been working fine. This is the first time I have applied for it so I don't know what issues I would have with a renewal.

For current 2021-22 version I got an application received email on 12/21, paid the $20 online, and received download instructions on 12/24. Is the 2022-3 version available now?

Thanks for the feedback. Seems like some other folks are getting expected responses.

I'm aware of 4 other folks with a history of fulfillment issues..

I just got an email form Solidworks student support telling me they closed my support request because another
applicant had an email issue. Seems his user name was the same as my last name so they concluded we must be the
same applicant. User names were similar (3characters different) but and server address were different.

I understand new version becomes available in July each year. I've gotten current year-next year version with September
orders in the past.
