is this a part for my lathe? sieg c6

i have cleaned my lathe, and i found this part, i know it is for something important, but i cant remember

my lathe is a copy of the sieg c6

I has Sieg C6, this is not a part of the lathe.

Its a gibb strip but dont know if its off the C6.If you have one missing you will know

The part that is shown in the photo does not belong to Sieg C6 lathe. See at the exploded diagram where you can check all parts on lathe is complete.
