Interesting--A starter for full size hit and miss engines

Tonight I was prowling around thru YouTube, and ran across this video. I'm not going to build it, it's not for model engines, it's for full size ones. But it's very interesting.---Brian

I ran across this one over the weekend. My kind of machine right there. Link sends you to startup.

Not unlike starting a glow engined model car which is done with a hard rubber ring on the starter motor held against the flywheel.

I have a design for starting VW based airplane engines using a chain saw motor. Much the same idea.
