I recommend building homemade gym bench

hello I should handcraft a gym bench measures: 12 inches wide, 48 inches long, 17 inches high, more or less I think they are the optimal measures. I should make the metal frame and the wooden top. I would like to make a structure that is simple to create, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, light to store in a corner when you don't need some ideas? keep in mind that 90 kg weight is 180 cm high, plus the weight load any ideas? thanks let me know.
