10" sch 40 ERW pipe, A36 plate for tube sheets.
A105 couplings and half couplings welded to shell.
200 psi MAWP.
Home made hydro pump.

Schedule 40 pipe! You intend for this to be around awhile! Good job.

Thanks for the kind words.
This is a model of a horizontal return tube steam boiler. The shell is part of the heating surface. The combustion gasses return to the smokebox in the front of the boiler through the firetube.
I still have to fabricate a furnace and grates for this boiler.
