Hoglet Cam Gear

Can anyone advise on how the cam gear attaches to the cam shaft on the Randall Cox Hoglet? I can't find any information in the text or the drawings. There's no set screw drawn, so I assume its loctited. Thanks for any suggestions.

I used loctite on mine, and it has never came loose.

I silver solder the gear to the shaft. Then Loctited the cam to the shaft. I reduce the shaft a few thousands in the center of the cam location to give some room for the recommended Loctite gap.

Yeah I used loctite retaining compound (I think it smells lovely). Allowed it to set and not had any problems with it at all. I have had it off a few times but had to apply heat to get it off.
