Hi I am seeking someone who owns a Central Machinery 590 Mill Drill and has the manual
I recently purchased a used one originally built in Tiawan in 1986. It is in apparently great shape but I don't have a manual for it and would gladly pay for a copy if someone here has one.

Looks like an old Rong Fu RF-30 to me.

It certainly looks like a RF-30 Mill drill and over the years I lost my original 'manual'

There are plenty of replacement copies on the 'net

Apart from return spring adjustment, there not a lot to rebuilding one.
Improving one, the Google will swamp you with ideas.

You can almost certainly obtain a PDF of the manual from Harbor Freight free for the asking or download. I’ve been quite successful emailing their support service and receiving the manual by return email.
