Hi, I'm just introducing myself. I've been browsing this forum for a while now and finally think I should join in. I'm a senior at a university. My major isn't very relevant to machining or anything like that, but I do love designing things in Solidworks. I've designed a few small air-powered engines that I've 3D printed and work on breath power. I don't have any formal machining education but I'd love to learn. I'm interested in getting a small lathe sometime soon and what better way to learn than with an actual project?
