A little about me. High school I took machine trades. Now I run cnc vtl and boring mills and lathes (old school fanuc controls) at work making tire molds for over 28 years. Various trade school programs along the way. While I have been in the industry for a long time, it's mostly been the same ol thing every day and I've lost a lot of skills along the way.
I recently purchased a Bridgeport milling machine and a south Bend heavy 10 lathe. I have various toolng already but still need plenty more.
Now that I have these machines at home I suppose I should use them right? Looking forward to learning all that I can. Plus...who doesn't want to build a motor?
