Thanks guys it's good to be back, been a tough couple of years.

I am making my first forays into CNC got a small CNC router should be good for small components in Ali and Brass as long as I take modest cuts.

I'm using it for P.C.B. drilling at the moment It sure beats the old Dremel on a stand bit. Quicker and much more accurate. I can take the drill file straight from my Electronics CAD. turn it into GCode using flatcam and then it's just clamp the board in set the drill length and click the mouse.

And away she goes the stepper motors make some quite catchy "tunes" while it's doing it.
