I can see that you had a happy Australia Day Baz, lamb chops, sausages, onions and scallops, typical aussie tucker. The scallops even have the roe still attached, I often wonder what happened to the roe from the scallops that are available over here in the eastern states, never see it in the shops, it has always been removed.

There were plenty of BBQ's going on here yesterday, and the beach weather was great. Even the local town has an Australia Day parade followed by fireworks.
