I am stumped trying to figure out how to remove the front panel on my lathe. Manual is no help. I have a short in the switch box and need to get to the wiring.
I can see the quick change knobs have set screws, two each opposite each other. The start, forward and reverse and the red paddle switch have me stumped. I am sure they have to be removed to remove the cover. Also I have no need to get to the oil but the sight glass seems to be part of the cover. Does the oil have to be drained, or is it possible the cover is in two pieces.
