This is an adapter to be able to mount a D1-4 style chuck onto a rotary table for easy transition from lathe to mill and vice versa.
There are a few iterations here. The 3d pdf file is the version I made, it is 5 inches in diameter. The pdf was made with my previous CAD software. Note that on the one I built I have omitted the 3 holes for inserting the screws to keep the cams in place. I'll put them in one day.... If I make another one I'll make it 5 1/2" diameter or more so that the hold down holes are not as close to the edge or the cam holes. The CAD models Fusion 360(f3d) and IGES represents these changes.
I've added a very rough drawing which I hope has most of the required dimensions. Send me a PM if you see a major omission.
