Converting a Harbor Freight 8x12 lathe to CNC

For some time I have been working on a CNC conversion of the Harbor Freight 8x12 lathe. I now have it working and have run a few useful parts on it. I took it to the CNC workshop in Ann Arbor Michigan a couple weeks ago.
