I saw a show on the engines in supertankers once-- those burn raw crude oil-- filter out some of the leftover wax and desert creatures and diesel away..

Somewhere I found some more info on the Coolspring Snow, including videos of it running, but I've since lost the link.
 
That Coolspring PA museum is less than 10 miles from my house.
I've never made it to one of their shows.
They have them twice a year, and everytime I have something going on
that won't allow me the time to go.
 
It funny that we never get to visit the things "close" but can do the far away. I went this summer and It was a blast, the air compressor sounds like a bomb going off. I live about 15 miles North of Pittsburgh , so I am not far from you
