Interesting! I wonder how much range/battery it has, though. Also, if the military is going to take it into the field, I'd also be interested in how much NOISE it makes.

That has been in the works for about a year that we know of, probably much more. Made right here in Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. One of our salesmen used to call on them. He never got past the office because everything is classified, Top Secret.

As you can see in the video, the military wants them for use in the mountainous regions of Afghanistan. The test bed was powered by 5 hp IC engine and was tethered by umbilicals. From what I have heard, the finished product will be battery powered and capable of 200 miles between charges. Should be able to carry 200 lbs of cargo.

Sure to strike fear into the hearts of the insurgents!
