I have an NM-135. It has not worked since I bought it. Is anyone else having problems with this company?
I don't want to bore you with my details but the situation is so bad I made a website about it. I am finding other people who are also having problems too. Let me know what you have done to get relief from the Novakon. Did you have to sue, send attorney letter, file complaint with government agency? What have you done that worked.
If your novakon works I am happy for you. But what do the many of us do who don't have working equipment?
