Android Simulator for PC

Has anyone tried any of the Android simulators for the PC to be able to try/check out Android apps such as Yuri's TouchDRO? I'm trying to get BlueStacks to load TouchDRO to see if I want to invest in an Android Tablet.

I'll try that next, as I can not get Bluestacks to download the TouchDRO app, though it say it has.
I can browse the web via BlueStacks. Haven't tried any of the games as they don't interest me.

if you contact yuriy directly he may be able to send you the .apk, which you can install directly rather than trying to make the play store download it.

I have downloaded the APK file. BlueStacks still won't install it.
