    I like those maps!

Gezzzz It lets the cat out of the bag that I'm from Punxsutawney PA
Home of North America's largest RODENT.
That Groundhog brings a good bit of commerce to a little town every
    year so I shouldn't complain......

I think that the map is a great tool to be able to put a face with a name, I'm actually about 30 miles south of St. Louis, so if any of you all are ever stuck in "Broken Axle, Missouri" stop by and I'll show you some of my stuff.

I don't "get it". All that happens when I click on the "Add your pin *** " is the
    same thread. ?????
The only other clickable link is the frapper thing that wants me to sign in or something.

Is there a giant Fibreglass Roadside Rodent there as a landmark too?

I love all those giant fibreglass things like that in the US! You don't see enough giant fibreglass roadside things in the UK! - More please!

Hello I wanted to add my pin as it were and can get the details put in and even upload the photo. However it is when I try and move the location that it seems to freeze and doesn't go any further.....any ideas, Mike

Seems that there are several of us that would like to put our pin up but are technically unable so how about a little tutorial for those of us that are a little computer challenged. I looks like a great tool to put a name to the face. Thanks in advance for some direction!!

When the Map first loads a balloon opens up with the words
"Move This Pin" in it. Click on those words and it will ask
for the information to locate it.

Ihad no luck still trying to place my pin plus I could use some direction on adding the picture if I can get the rest to work. (I know how to paste a link from photobucket but where in the map program does it allow you to fill it in) . I enjoyed clicking on the pins that have been placed and seeing our members.

OK i think this ole git"is now on the map! as some people have pointed out it is a good thing, to know where a person is from and also an age group! which is not so important! but it helps to get a rounded view of the person on the site! when and where they are from! when there is nothing, like a lot of the peoples profiles on this site it is kind of empty! i noticed a lot do not leave their age! i was going to edit my age profile also, ie get shot of the age group, then checked out Tel's,ead wombat allowing" age i thought if it;s good enough for him let it be, that it will do me
i think i'm on the map

I was told that I added my pin to the map but on my computer the western 1/2 of the US is blanked out. I tried using 2 browsers (Safari and Firefox) but still see only 1/2 of the US. What gives?
