I think Sailplane's suggestion is imminently reasonable - if there is not enough space for the new machine tool, clearly it is time to build or buy more workshop space!

Do what I did build a new shop insulated and cooled.
My got new car and had to move.

I know what you mean. I'm blessed with a very deep 3 car garage. You could always buy a new home (just kidding). Just getting my mill off the pallet was a real exercise let alone moving it into the corner. There is no way I would try and move that thing up or down stairs.
