9 cylinder casting kit

I was given this radical engine kit that was started. It came with no plans. I do know that it’s not Hodgson 9 radial engine. Would like to know what it is and if plans are still available.

Everything looks real close to the lee hodgson radial engine plans, except for the cylinders? (not enough fins??) The Lee Hodgson plans also do no include ANY castings.

The Hodgson radials do have one casting available. The rear of the engine is a casting.
