Brass sheet is o.4mm. Item is part of an exhaust heat shield for my little GX engine. Moulds were resin printed. I'd seen something similar on youtube but not with resin. The outside form is recessed and epoxied in aluminum for strength. Very pleased with the result and I thought it was worth sharing.
