1/6 Scale Galloway Timing

I need to know the relationship between the cam and the crank shaft. I purchased this kit from minicastings and the plans they sent (10 pages) do not have any information on how to time the engine. I have googled and have the specs on the opening and closing of the exhaust valve but could find nothing on the relationship between the cam lobes and the crankshaft. Before I can set the exhaust valve, I need to know where the gears should mesh. The gears they provided do not have any timing marks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the timing for the 1/3rd scale engine so should be about the same for the smaller one.

Thanks Jasonb. That is exactly the information I need. This illustration is not on the plans I received from the supplier.
