WOW ! THIS IS AWSOME, I JUST RECEIVED MY 1/3 GALLOWAY A FEW DAYS AGO AND STARTED DOING SOME ROUGH MACHINING. THE PRINTS HAVE QUITE A BIT TO BE DESIRED FOR SURE. I'M USED TO PRINTS HAVING TOO MUCH INFORMATION.
GEORGE, I'D BE EXTREMELY INTERESTEDIN YOUR INFORMATION AVAILABILITY. YOU MAY REGRET SAYING TO CONTACT YOU ABOVE !
LETS TALK DEAL ?
ANY THING TOMAKE THIS TASK TURN OUT CLEANER WOULD BE SO SO APPRECIATED TO SAY THE LEAST.
PLEASE EXCUSE THE CAPS, I'M VISUALLY IMPAIRED THESE DAYS AND IT HELPS ME .

GEES, BEEN BACK FOR ONE DAY AND ALREADY I FEEL LIKE I STEPPED ON TOES. I DON'T KNOW IF, WELL YES THEY CAME FROM MINISTEAM.
I'M USED TO HAVING MORE DETAILS ON THE PRINTS I DEALT WITH AS A JOBBER MACHINIST. I DO REALIZE THAT THIS IS JUST THE CASTING KIT AND THERE WILL BE SOME CREATIVITY INVOLVED.
I JUST NEED TO STUDY WHAT I GOT, AND GET AN APPROPRIATE PICTURE IN MIND. REMEMBER WHAT THOUGHTS WENT THROUGH YOUR MIND AT THE FIRST GLANCE ?
THATS WHERE I AM AT, AND BEING VISUALLY IMPAIRED DON'T MAKE IT ANY EASIER.
THANKS FOR INPUT, AND SORRY FOR THE TOES !

IF THEY CAME FROM MINISTEAM I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT YOU WOULD HAVE GOT A SET OF GEORGES REVISED DRAWINGS AS THE ORIGINALS WERE A LOT WORSE. IT WILL SAY ON THE DRAWNGS IF THEY WERE DRAWN BY GEORGE, THE OLDER ONES JUST HAVE RICHARD E SHELLY & SONS ON THEM

IF IT'S ANY HELP THIS IS MY BUILD THREAD DONE WITH GEORGES DRAWINGS WHICH I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH

HI CRUISER,
I ANSWERED YOUR PM AND GAVE YOU MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I MENTIONED THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO ANSWER WHATEVER QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE.

THANK YOU GEORGE,
SO FAR I'VE CLEANED UP THE FLYWHEELS, AND NOW I'V GOT THE SLEEVE AT THE TURN AROUND IN THE LATHE. TODAY I THINK I'LL BRING IN THE THERMAL FITMENT DIM'S. I LEFT A FEW ON THE BORE TO HONE IN AFTER I MATE IT TO CYL. MY PLAN, SO FAR, IS TO GET THE BIG PARTS LOOKIN LIKE SOMETHING. I THINK I HAVE ENOUGH MATERIAL NOW, LIKE DRILL ROD AND BRONZE FOR OD'S AND ENDS AND ENOUGH BRONZE TO MAKE A SHINNY ROD.
WHILE LOOKING OVER THE "RED WING 1/4" I BORROWED THE IDEA OF A MAGNETO. I CONTACTED Home of MiniMag Co. TO FIND OUT THAT HE STILL HAD THE MAKINS FOR THE "FMK" OR FALCON MAGNETO KIT AND STILL WANTS TO SELL HIS REMAINING STOCK. SO, I PLAN ON GETTING ONE AND SEEING WHAT IT CAN BE, MAYBE A VISIBLE ADDITION RATHER THAN A HIDDEN ASSET LIKE RCDON'S
WELL, I FINISHED COFFEE AND ITS TIME TO LIGHT THE STOVE IN THE SHOP.

Hi Cogsy,
I know the caps are a little unsettling but it was an accommodation to Criuser.

Oops - I missed the original explanation in his post and I rescind my objection. Thanks for pointing it out George and feel free to continue on with the caps.
