    Interrupt Driven Rotary Table controller

hi Rodw, amazing work. i wrote a programme to do this for a pic, but yours is far superior. my controller has a common anode (5v) pin and 3 pins for step pulse and enable. i think this means my controller requires the inputs to go low to step. is this compatible with your programme? i think it...

    Homemade Mill power feed

Looks interesting. One of my many projects on the go is a power feed for my mill. Have bought two timing belts so far to get the ball rolling. One was way to long and one was just an inch to short. Doh! Good idea using a screwdriver, plenty of torque and a slipper clutch too. Have you got spare...

    my messy workshop

John I started with a mini lathe in a 6x8 shed. I had to spend 10 mins moving bits and pieces outside before I could start working. I remember when a friend joined me one day and there wasn't room to pass each other in the shed so we kept having to step outside to swap round. I imagine that I...

risks of not having the correct tool.

Bob afraid I don't have easy access to raising equipment. I have a mig and arc welder but decided I'm better off buying a new one then flaffing about trying to fix it, knowing my lucky it will go at another crucial moment and leave me without a paddle... Yes bill you know exactly where the vice...
