I need information on the cam in relation to pistons

I made the patterns and cast this engine in my shop I made two sand cores I it has a cast iron sleeve. all the brass parts are fabricated

a couple years back there was print to build a scale model knucklehead engine that could be downloaded. I lost my computer with that info does any one have that web site.

Has any one had any problems with their ignition I received the engine installed the battery's and it worked on test I set it back. when I added fuel I get no spark out of the system

On the crank shaft gear, on the gear box side it shows to reduce to 5/16, the small gear is reamed to match leaving very small edge distance I was thinking on cutting the crankshaft to 1/4 D. ,or is it best to go a head and ream the gear.

The print that I down loaded has a number for a, pitch of 48 and 18 teeth beveled gears #A-1B-4-Y48018, does any one know of and out let to purchase this gear?
