Yep sorry my bad i have just look at the specs of my lathe and my memory is incorrect. The lathe is a 6 x 20 so it is a 12" swing. ( I think )

I thinknit has its original 3/4 hp motor on it still. Unfortunately I haven't had a mo I will likely have a go tomorrow.

And yes that was my initial thought, and if I need a sleeve on the post then I can make it integral to the filler disk.

If I remember rightly it is a 14" swing

The aloris BXA (I think that is the one I need for my lathe swing) is a 5/8" diameter hole.

Yep I have something that I need to make a shallow chamfer from left to right an it needs a square end so I will have to make a slightly modified LH tool. Although I could possibly make a special chamfer tool. Hammez
