    The issue I had was that 1/2" tools were too high, just above the center line of the lathe. The mod I did fixed that issue.

    For what it's worth I have the same lathe though it's about 4 years old if that makes a difference. The issue I had was I had to shave a little off the bottom of the tool holders when using 1/2" tools as the holders sit on the top of the compound slide before the tool is at the center height...

    I also had to get the "fix" on the Nano clone when using Win 7 but it was built in to Win 10 and worked without further input.

    If I understand what you want to do this is the code I used on my stand alone rotary table. Will probably have to modify the code as it's set up for a certain gear ratio rotary table. This should be post number 80 of a very long discussion. Hope it helps...

    You can set the drive for the highest max current then add individual overload blocks between the relays and the smaller motors.

    A/C voltage tends to blow you off but D/C voltage makes your grip lock onto it.
