    hi Froudeg! i finished mine last week, i really love the way those little engines work, is a very easy to build engine, so quiet, and runs good. mine needs to be primed by two drops of fuel in the exhaust to start... it does at 2-3 flips..... i think a left my piston a little bit looser...

    hi guys! my engine is running! still have some issues, but at least, it runs... starts very easy, but is hard to keep it running, seems will need a new carburator.

    you are right! i used my lapping ring as a holder.... but needed to de-burr the cut very carefully with a small file and make a last pass in the lapping ring. with good luck, my piston did not get damaged or distorted.... next time will make the cut before lapping...

    Some more work done today, piston/cylinder fits seems to be great. Everything feels like a good engine, no tight spots, nice breathing sound.. just missing the compression screw and milling the step in the piston top. If engine runs, will make a new fuel carb and scaled fuel tank...

    Hi! I did some work today! having no tools for measure the tapper, only “feel” was used... having both piston and cylinder finished, I had That feel... hope it works...

    Hi Ken! What a beautiful engines!!!! love that mini Weaver! seems to be a real pain to work with that tolerances! I had build a Weaver, with no results yet.... still not running... i just finished my 2 crankshaft and my 3th piston with bad results... new everything seems to be just fine...
