    Opposed twin Onan engine in half scale

    I am a member of a model train Club in S E Queensland, Australia, we give kids rides on our model railways, Steam engines are popular but beyond some of us. I have built a Fairmont 6 man Gangers trolley powered by a mower engine. It does real work pulling up to 16 people on our 7 & 1/4 inch track.

    Building a half scale Opposed Twin Onan engine for a quarter scale Rail Inspectors trolley.

    Have posted some of this elsware on these pages. Photo 1 turning the oil filter can on my very old Laylor Ayers lathe. 2 The sump with oil pump and filter parts. 3 All fitted up, discovered some bad spots in my lost foam castings took a bit more time to fix, couple of plugs and Locktite. 4 & 5...
