I have tried Brass tube but are having no luck bending it , just kinking it , I have tried the spring on the outside and tried a bender , any ideas please

what do you make the values from ,what do you make the valve case from , and where can you get 1/16' drill rod x 1.475 long from for push rods thanks I'm new to this just starting my build

I just bought the plans for this and the blower , they are very good , but not sure if I will make it very easy as I only work in metric
