its pressure isnt it? during a gear change the throttle is closed but the turbo is still spinning and the manifold is pressurised, the pressure looks for a way out adn the only way is through the turbo or blow off valve/waste gate

file worked well for me 3.16 bore and stroke bronze head or ally head not tooo sure, titanium con rods (cause i have a lot of titanium rods left over from a job) still woprking out the design but i might just jump in and do it, work it out later

according to my winrar the file is corrupt? it could be that im not trying hard enough to get around it but has this problem come up? ive read in the thread about another problem but not this...

ive seen a few people here ask for plans on a cam grinders and the copywrited ones keep coming up, im not asking for those plans, if anyone has plans that can be legal posted here then go right ahead. but how does everyone else grind there cams?

is it possible to make bevel gears? ive seen how to make normal gears on a mill but cant see if it possible this is for my new veloocylce so its on a medium scale
