    Very nice but get rid of the number 10 button head screws. Use studs and hex nuts more authentic.

    Think the whole process through. then start with the base and build up and out . fitting each part as it is made.

    The upper white part is sheet rock the brown bottom is partical board. Yes I used a whole cup of spackling compound plugging holes.     I build mine the same way ,except I have been using Teflon rod and instead of the loc tite I roll or sedge the steel to the teflon. Also I use 0-80 thread rod for electrode. I assemble the plug then drill but dont tap the teflon ,just thread the 0-80 rod in through it. Then make a brass nut or...

    I will give you a bit of free advice.Dont let some one tell you you cant do something with you machines.Some times not knowing any better You can do the impossible.But on the same don`t be afraid to ask questions.     You cant heat treat 1018 not enough carbon . You can case harden it

    Spark plugs

    I make my own, They last longer than the store bought ones. Unless you use the 10 mm Honda CM6 plug. YOU can get them from a Honda motorcycle shop.

    Don`t worry too much about the angles just give the tool bits clearance. on the average 5-7 degrees from cutting edge.

    Don`t buy a Oil Less compressor TOO noisy. 5H.P. any thing else. The bigger the better.
