    Corian for spark plugs

I use "ultram' from mcmaster...Great stuff. cheap and machines well. Made tons of plugs with it and i like it much more than corian. Comes in rods of different sizes. Try it!

LONGBOY'S "SUPER TEE" MODEL GAS ENGINE.

WOW! Excellent build, very unique and a display of great skill especially considering the quick build time. I really enjoyed your presentation of the build too. Kept me on the edge of my seat the whole way. Any plans available? Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

if your doing small steam engines go sherline, Its a nice machine. Tapping Question

I agree with Shopshoe...I have been tapping 4-40 threads for years and rarely break a tap. Use a quality tap, Take some time and make a tap guide, Just a round cylinder with a hole thru it, such that the tap shank fits smoothly and both ends faced accurately and flat. I have one for each tap...

    Kerzel hit&miss by Mike

I had the same thought about making parts to print and all went well. The only part I had to fudge was the regulator arm...That part I found, to be a little fidgity but I was able to make it close to the print and then adjust a little here and there. It came out pretty well in the end.
