Mine uses regular spark plugs, therefore standard petrol(gas). The "per print" Whittle uses glow plugs, so you need radio control model engine fuel. It's a methanol/ nitro-methane, lubricant mix.

Emgee All DC motorsit are reversible. Just reverse the polarity. I did that to mine and it spun off the counterweight pulley. I just locktite on. Cheers -Grambo
