just thought i would let you know i emailed the chap about the belt drive cover and he was extremely helpful and immediately offered to send a replacement with a deeper recess for the pulley foc. would defiantly recommend the ebay chap for the belt drives conversion.

Glad you belt kit fitted mine says its due between the 27th (today) and the 4th so hopefully sooner than later as mine has a chipped tooth. any pics of removing the gearing? I i have seen on the the zapp website they do some small 8mm ball screws and nuts that may work nice for a cnc upgrade...
