    That is a very nice engine you have their. I think I would like to try one I like air engines ic engines are to much $$$ for elec. parts for a model that will only run 1 or 2 times and then just look at. And this is not your first rodeo I think . Very nice work.

    I use wd 40 it is a water displacement oil will let the water go throw it and hold the water to the steel and will rust water won't go throw wd 40 it's what's it's made for. just my 2 cents;)

    thanks I was wondering if this was what they called a flash boiler sounds like it could be close I was trying to play with a new idea. was thinking of something like a forge like heating system where water tubes are heated in a flue type boiler to reuse heat over and over something like the old...

    Harbor Freight rotary table

    HF dose not sell these any more I have one and went back to get one more they said they don't sell them any more to bad the one I have dose a great job for it's size I took mine and put a 1" by 91/4" table on it to have more room.:rolleyes:

    Been using these for 2 years now and for the price you can't beat them if they will do the work in their size range that you need they will cut as close a tolerance as you can get on any tool now you will have to take the time to set them up and check them out.;D

    I don't know what you are going to do with yours but if molding is what you are in to look at the grizzly mini mill and lathe it is what I got to start with and I have not had anything in it's size range that I cound not do .You can't take as big a bite but it's a hoppy so time is not a factor...

    I am going to grind the skin off and then try cutting hope it works I have 4 or 5 of them.;D and thanks for the info.

    thanks I think I am going to try to take one and grind out side down some they say that they are cold cooled and are hard on outside. but I think I will forfit a hss cutter to try it. want to use it for cylinders:rolleyes:

    I don't know I am new to hobby but to me it looks like a lot of vice I hanging off the mill. It looks like it would ware the shimes on one side more than the other. maybe not just thinking.
