Hi all ,has anyone who has built the odds an ends engine got a picture of the leaver that mounts to the points timing plate please,can picture it in my head and brian has been a great help,but seing a picture or drawing would be just great. wes

No steve they just do not send to the uk ,just in the usa ,and yes am aware of our laws and it will not be a firing model ,just a small model.

Yes good thinking ,never thought of a baler that would look ok withe the tractor,could be l have better luck finding plans for one of them

Its a long shot but has anyone got or knows of some drawings for a case thrashing machine ,there loads of pictures on the net ,but can not seem to find any more than that,would be nice to have one behind my case steam tractor,plus would then have enough projects for a couple of years like many...

Yes tornitore l agree with you ,the gears look a bit hit an miss ,as for the bearings l am going to use a mixture of metric an imper ones and with luck sort it out as l go,going back to the gears l intend to use 16 dp for the bull gear set up,thou l am not in to deep yet with the model but...

I think that most of De walls drawings can be a bit like that ,plus he tends to cram to many on each sheet ,just my opinion,but then his drawings are free , and when l mailed him with a query he mailed back just fine and seems a dam nice chap wes

Well chain update ,in the end brought some from Langley models ,the links are not soldered but it seems to be strong,will se how it works out,looking at all the tiny links ,in the flesh now what a job that would have been to make them ,but if the chain is not strong enough at the end of the day...

Already had a look at ,but most of there chain just has links pushed together,unless you spend loads of money and have silver or gold chain then its joined. wes

Hi all am in need of help to find where l can find some steering chain for the model case steam tractor,rudys drawings say l need 1/8" plain linked chain ,well just can not find any in the uk that is that small,have mailed a couple of firms in the states but unless l order a complete roll of it...

What can l say ,sent a mail to the Henry ford foundation and within hours they had sent me pictures and there file with a lot of dimension on about there westinghouse ,theres is a portable but am happy with that can make that version first then go from there ,but what first class service they...

Well did find in the end a bit more info ,and some good pictures from the Henry Ford museum,but do not seem to find any dimensions for the tractor,but the more l look at it the more l want to make one ,just love the twin steering wheels,as far as l can tell there is none in the uk ,to make...
