    Gloves: blue nitrile, safe?

    Take one of them gloves, twist one of the fingers around like string and see if you can tear it. bet you can't. I have seen it happen to a fitter at work on a pillar drill. Don't it makes a woeful mess to clean.

    Workshop Damp/humidity

    I have two small tube /greenhouse heaters, only 60w each. Under each machine bed mill/lathe. they dont warm the shed but there enough to keep the damp off them. You can get them on ebay for a few quid each. I live in n ireland so know yoour pain.
