If your worried about location and straightness...I would drill undersize, bore to .010 under with a single point boring bar to correct the drill...

I think Harold Hall's book has a set of plans that describe the fixture appropriately. I don't think Rollie ever made plans...he just built one...

:big: Yes absolutely the same thing...just different sticky stuff!.....Tony bird uses those a lot! I use crazy glue because it's convenient....
If I had DRO's trust me I'd use them. ;D Every machine I own is for the most part old, and for the second part worn out.
It's also been called a "cats head" though was semblance it has to a cat is beyond me.... ;D
Turned up some bronze plunger pump rams using a rig...
