Model Diesel: 32mm bore, 38mm stroke, indirect injection

Personally, I would keep lapping until the surface is really good - like the area in the picture A little more patience, a little more care: you will do it better.

Injected Diesel 56cc 2 Stroke, Will it ever work?"

I usually check out your thread when there's something new Personal opinion, it is difficult to measure the temperature of compressed air in the cylinder because the delay of the mechanical thermometer is quite large. To measure temperature from 30 , 50 degrees Celsius to 150, 200 degrees...

Model Diesel: 32mm bore, 38mm stroke, indirect injection

It's not too difficult Phone camera is good enough Or just need the light behind and use a magnifying glass to see (What the surface looks like in the picture, it looks like I'm looking at it with light and a magnifying glass)

    Shaft won't fit bearing

Yes I looked, I was planning to make one but after thinking,,,....it didn't seem suitable for model engine small parts..so I didn't do it

    Shaft won't fit bearing

Personally, I think it's not because of the surface If the surface is rough, when measuring, we will also measure those high points I think it's due to the way of measuring and the measuring tools

Hobby or more....hobby and make money...

Yes, I don't think this is a lucrative market, just make a few types of engines, one for me and 2 or 3 to sell to someone who likes it, I won't do dozens or hundreds, just a few

Hobby or more....homemade engine for sale... Personally, in the past I came to mini engines because I needed something to focus and forget unpleasant things... And now, I thought why not... hobby and make money...make some kind of engine and sell it, cast it and sell it... What do you think ??

    Request - Injector designs

I will speak from my experience : Designing and machining an injector is not too difficult for many members here. It's really important to make sure it's 100% sealed - otherwise it will upset the fuel pump system. Spray pattern : It's very nice - But does it matter?? It depends on your wishes...

    Request - Injector designs

It's not too difficult, just reduce the diameter of the spring wire - but that comes with a trade-off: it will inject fuel sooner.

    Diesel engine : Kromhout Gardner 4LW 1940

Hoping to have an engine plan . Selling an engine plan is not how I make money, selling the plan is just for me to try to perfect the plan - it's like a promise to someone in need, because I'm very lazy to draw.

    Diesel engine : Kromhout Gardner 4LW 1940

I think the pumping system needs a part that disables the plunger function, any external intervention will cause air bubbles to appear in the system.

Mastiff lc mason engine REDO .

Hi All ! An update: a bit slow The top corner is the carburetor by design of engine I made more than I needed, hoping none of them would be damaged during the next processing

    Diesel engine : Kromhout Gardner 4LW 1940

I designed it myself There is one mistake with the fuel pump system: there is no part to shut off the fuel, which makes adjustment....extremely difficult. I'm changing and redesigning the entire engine.

    Request - Injector designs

Just a plan and hope it gives you some ideas... Designing an injector is not too difficult, the real thing is making it sealed. In the attached picture - The design on the right I used in my 4 cylinder engine, it is quite compact - maybe I will use that design in all future diesel engines
