After many years this project is all most finished. It is a scale model of a Queensland DH class diesel loco as used for shunting duties in Bundaberg. The model is powered by a 3 cylinder cross flow side valve water cooled engine of my own design and making. It drives through a 2 forward and one reverse gear box and a centrifugal clutch and has petrol ,oil and water pumps.

Very nice loco George- how about a video of it running on the track? and do you have any pictures of the engine and it's build you could show us?

Cool, more pictures please, especially of the internals. Also any dialogue to explain certain features you've built in. Id also like to see some video of it on the track when you take it on its maiden voyage.

Im currently designing and building a 5" loco, but will just be a battery electric model, based on british narrow gauge sweet pea dimensions.
