I have a panther pup that I received from a friends uncle after he passed away. The long block is machined with the crank in it.No rods that I've found though. It does have the Pistons and wrist pins, spark plugs, valves, bushings, flywheel casting, distributer base, books, starter motor and the brass blocks for the cylinders and heads.Take a look at the pics and let me know if your interested in finishing this panther pup...thanks,Jason
So after talking with a few people we decided that asking $500 us for the pup would be fair. thanks for the information everyone has givin me.

Hello Jason!

I am not interested in purchasing but maybe I can offer some observations. What you have there is a machined casting that looks pretty good. If I were interested I would take a chance that it is probably in good condition. The distributor is not to print so someone would have to figure out whats going on there. The crankshaft is pieced together. Some guys like to make them that way. I would probably chuck it and machine one in a single piece. The valves look pretty good and the plugs and gears are worth a few bucks. There is material for the cylinders and heads, that's a plus. There is still an enormous amount of work that needs to be done. If I was interested in the build I would be willing to pay about $400USD. That's where I would like to be to make it worth taking it over. There might be others willing to give a little more. I hope this helps.
