I turn crankpin integral with shaft .This is different than yours.

I always use the press into the Crankdisk method.
Why i hear you asking.
The answer is as simple as the question is.
I have none experience with turning the Crankpin integral with the shaft.
The pressed into method always worked good for me.

Here i am again with a couple of photos after my 8 days stay in the hospital.
It seems that i am recovered a bit so time to put a few photos on my thread about turning out the Fronthousing to give a good place/seat for the rear ball bearing.

Hallo Dave,
Thank you for your interest during the time that i was in hospital.Hospitals are indeed definitely places to keep away from.I am suffering with lung and breathing problems for about 4-5 years now and on that evening i became nearly no oxygen in my body/blood less then 20 % which situation was goiing lower and lower, so an ambulance had to take me to the nearest hospital were i recovered with the help from all kind of injections and tablets .I had a stay of 8 days in the hospital and i am back home again for less then 2 weeks now still feeling very tiered and still taking 15 tablets a day so easy goiing is now a real target for me these days.

Another number of photos made during the built from the Fronthousing including the fit from the 2 BallBearings to support the Crankshaft shows how i worked out the idea of having a double BallBearing Crankshaft.Let us hope that this will work Ok because of my limitations in Model Engine building.
Let's say i have tried to do what i can to make a good construction from it.

Hallo Model Engine Friends,
A new serie of photos made during the fit from the Venturi tube on the Crankcase and during the time that i decided to make a new Venturi tube with a better fit.
I glued the Venturi tube into the hole in the Fronthousing there were the hole is corresponding with the hole in the Crankshaft to let the fuel mixture passes through.
The Spraybar/Needle assy has been mounted there after.

Hallo Model Engine Friends,
I started making the backplate for my MP 3,2 cc model engine from Scrap aloy a small flat piece in rectangle configuration which is n't ideal to make the backplate from.It's much more common to make such a part from round bar aloy which is easier to handle in the Metal lathe.
I succeed in making one as the photos are showing it only needs more finish ,but that's no problem i have plenty of time on my age of 68 years now.

On this hot weather evening i made screw thread in the maincase from my engine so that the backplate could be mounted
Another number of photos showing you the work.I have to do some refinements at the backplate like making nice corners on the backplate and a small cut out has to be made at the inside of the backplate were it meets the liner and the skirt of the piston to protect that these parts can give problems.
