Hi

I am in Australia and i am finding it very difficult to purchase American gauge 6
32 TPI threaded rod. I require 2 pieces of threaded rod at about 4 inches long and 2 dome nuts in stainless,brass or steel.
Does anyone know of an online retailer that would stock it and also ships to Australia.

I found out a while ago that Amazon is a very good source. I purchased a 24 inch piece of 1-1/4" 1144 stressproof delivered to me in Perth for less than just the shipping cost from anywhere else. There is probably cheaper to be found on the site but a quick look yielded a pack of 12 x 6" long at about $17 USD shipped to Australia - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JDU88XO/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 . This one is in zinc coated steel but I saw other results for stainless and brass.

It was a some years ago, but I found some at an RC hobby shop.
