Hi Paul, it was in this magazine http://www.model-engineer.co.uk/forums/postings.asp?th=87249#, the drawings were a bit hard to follow sometimes, as they did not differentiate between solid lines and hidden lines, you have to look at the drawing carefully. You may still be able to buy back issues.
